We propose four engagement formats, which can be combined as your real need requires. None is imposed. All begin with the free audit.

01 — Stand-alone audit

A posture assessment with no commitment to what follows. First audit complimentary. Targeted or recurring audits from 15,000 MAD HT. Ideal for organizations seeking an independent baseline before any decision.

02 — One-off engagement

A scoped intervention on a specific topic: cloud migration, cybersecurity hardening, M365 integration, compliance audit. Fixed fee or T&M. Ideal for high-stakes projects where senior expertise is required end-to-end.

03 — Managed plan

A 12-month minimum partnership. Three plans — Essential, Comfort, Premier — sized to your scale. Ideal for organizations seeking to outsource IT without losing control.

04 — Outsourced IT direction

An extended Premier format where QSS assumes the IT direction function. HQ reporting, strategic roadmap, governance of external vendors. Ideal for international subsidiaries and growing organizations without an internal CIO.
